Refund policy

In any case, these provisions do not deprive the customer of the possibility of exercising his right of withdrawal, as indicated in article 6 below.
Article 6. Right of withdrawal and Return of ordered items
Article 6.1. In accordance with article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the items ordered to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty. .

If the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, La Gräfin will immediately send an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium.

Free returns only concern shipments to mainland France.
Any shipment made by the customer himself, without going through the return form, will not give rise to reimbursements for the delivery costs of this return. These will therefore be the responsibility of the customer.
The first shipment of the product remains the responsibility of the customer and will therefore not be refunded. Only the cost of returns will be borne by the company La Gräfin.

Article 6.2. The returned product must be new, unused, and if applicable in its original packaging.
Any returned item soiled and / or damaged by the customer will not be taken back.

Upon receipt of the package, La Gräfin will judge the perfect condition of the returned product. No return will be accepted if the returned product has been visibly used or damaged by the customer, such use or damage rendering the product unfit for sale.

If the return is refused by La Gräfin for the reasons set out above, the product will then be returned to the customer at the latter's expense without the latter being able to demand any compensation or right to reimbursement, with the exception of the subsequent exercise of its warranty rights on the products sold.
