Article 5.5. Product conformity - Guarantee against hidden defects
Products corresponding to these criteria are considered non-compliant:

Article 6.2. The returned product must be new, unused, and if applicable in its original packaging.
Any item returned soiled and/or damaged by the customer will not be taken back.

Upon receipt of the package, La Gräfin will judge the perfect condition of the returned product.
No return will be accepted if the returned product has been visibly used or damaged by the customer, such use or damage rendering the product unfit for sale.
